She shouldn't need to copy/paste as the addresses on the home page are hyperlinks. She just needs to click the subscribe address. Regards Andy

That usually means that they were banned by the system (Mark) and you can't unban them.? They'll have to contact [email protected] to see if he'll look into it. Duane -- Lots of detailed information

I saw in the activity section that the two addresses listed as inactive were banned, but they aren't listed in the banned list so how can I unban them? - -

What do you mean by management? I also am an admin & can't find a way to reinstate her, she's not anywhere on a member list & when she tries to re-subscribe she gets an error message saying the group

I am unsure why you are typing an email address. If are replying to a group message via email then just clicking Reply in your email client is all that should be needed. If you wish to send a private

I'm sorry for that, the point is those 2 addresses are deemed inactive, she posts daily from those. The majority aren't active either, so we don't understand why those addy's were singled out.

The only thing I found in Help is this: Note: In the User Status column of the downloaded <members> list, a value of user_status_inactive means the user¡¯s Groups.io account was disabled by Groups.io

Gmail users also have "Categories" folders to check: "Social", "Updates", "Forums", and "Promotions". Gmail sometimes 'helps' by putting messages in those.
