Bouncing Emails
When do bouncing members get removed fro the bouncing list? We have members who had temporary email problems but are now OK but they still appear on the bouncing member's list. Mick

No, it's just that the CC: went through GIO where a direct email wouldn't.? If she had used CC:to her own address, it wouldn't have happened.? Anything that gets sent to GIO by any means may have

Duane, thanks. What you've said is that the condition occurs when you try to send a direct message and post with a single email by including both addressees in the To: or cc: lines. Is that right?

Ellen -- Probably because it was sent to the wrong address. Have you checked your activity log? Have the person CC your home address next time so you can check for proper group addressing. Bruce

Perhaps someone else has signed in on your computer? (Or maybe you are using someone else's computer?) In any case, logout Mylokitty and log back in with your own email address. -- Gerald

That email is one of mine (a test account), I dont have a password for it to login on io. I sent an invite to it from my group [email protected] but i have not accepted the invitation

You can disable "no mail" but you can't disable others. However you can set a default subscription setting. Members can change it, but likely, many won't bother. You can also send in your Welcome
