Tick them in the list of members, scroll down to the action button which gives a drop-down list of options, the bottom one is Change Moderation - that setting will just apply to that one user.

Yes, you will be able to keep everything under the one account just simply by changing your email address. I have done this multiple times.

Look in the member's activity to see if you can tell what happened. (Not absolutely sure it will be there.) You will need to go to Admin, Members. Search for the member. Then look at Email Delivery
