Re: weird thing
Not sure what this means, but to clarify, he should look at the Messages view, *not* the Topics view. Make sure he knows how to toggle between them. ? -- J

Re: weird thing
He did indeed look at the topics. The own mail option was ticked so that didn¡¯t help. We have to look further. Ary Verzonden: woensdag 21 maart 2018 18:36 Aan: [email protected]

I checked that, Bruce but the mail isn¡¯t bouncing. He should receive them. The strange thing is that he does receive mails from the group, just not his own mails. Indeed, the FAQ covers a lot but

Re: weird thing
If he's not receiving emails either (couldn't really tell from your post), you should check his user record. Go to Admin->Members, find the record, and click on it. You should be able to see here

#transfer
Question: We just transferred a Yahoo group to Groups.io. It looks like users, messages, database, and images transferred OK (<24 Hours) but only one file transferred. Does it make sense to try again

For example, assuming you are seeing this message in html format:?ilove@... ( ilove@... ). Click on it and see the address change.
