Depending on the order in which I have done things sometimes the Apply button is off the page and I have to scroll down to see it. That is I have to scroll the page, not the drop down list of filters.

Check that. Seems I only notice when I¡¯m out and about when I¡¯ve got bad connection, and iOS warns inability to use private relay. So, private relay is on automatically and must be manually
