I doubt that they count the same email address twice, both as main group and subgroup members. Check your group homepage to see how many members you have. I think that is the figure that counts.

We're currently on the basic, free account and considering upgrading. Our main group has about 300 members.? We have 7 subgroups which have 5 to 225 members in each subgroup.? These subgroup members

We prefer to keep all the data on our group.? It makes it easily accessible to all our members and it's easier to find what we need.? Also, most of our volunteers are not very techy (me included)

Simply not paying on the date of renewal will automatically downgrade you back to Basic (after one-month grace period, if I recall correctly). My understanding is that you would retain your legacy

Upgrading will not facilitate moving information or files/photos from one subgroup to another. However, it should give you more storage space, so you won't have to do it as often. Regards, Bruce Check
