Karen I only have one member who has mentioned the problem - on one group I own the server is 45.79.224.9, while another I moderate the server is 45.79.224.7? ?Timings of the blockages seems to vary

In a word, no.? Your email provider has an agreement with Vade to monitor, and apparently control, emails sent to them.? Unless your email provider is willing to step in and/or cancel the agreement,
