If the entire left menu isn't visible, it may be that that browser window or tab may have been zoomed up too large. WHen that happens to me, I reduce the Zoom level using the Command Key + minus sign

Look in Activity log. Groups.io applies more strict spam-checks (requires DKIM) to messages from non-members (with email address in "From:" not among the members list).

Bruce, Zoom uses your email address as your login id. When Zoom did not recognize the computer I was logging in from, it attempted to send a verification code to my email address. But the zoom message

You can still use coloured fonts if your group allows. Using the group homepage, use the .... ?menu. Then use the icon A with the line over it. I can't do it in this group, because of the settings

Have you checked (using the web UI) that there actually are posts there that you should have received but didn't? Have you checked your own email delivery history to see if there is evidence of posts

Bill, I suspect this is related to a recent restriction introduced by Groups.io with regards to what are called "role" accounts, email addresses that contain info@, postmaster@, etc. Here's the /beta/

Go to Admin > Preferences >Settings, then in the Privacy Panel, choose that in the Visibility box.? You'll have to confirm that you want to make the messages private since this can't be reversed.
