If this is an issue, Canadians should try a ZIP of all zeroes. That works in some environments (gas pumps, for example).

As Duane said, VM have been one of the more 'enthusiastic' mail providers when it come to rate limiting messages. The IP address is given in the message about rate limiting. As new Groups.io mail
