The right to control one's own posts is a copyright issue. Posts to the group do not becomes the property of the group or group owner unless that member quits the group or otherwise disappears,

The first message means your group is set up as an announcement group, which means only moderators can post to it. The second message means GIO is unable to send a message to 1341 because for some
