A group owner can do that at any time, just export everything ( /helpcenter/ownersmanual/1/exporting-or-downloading-your-group-s-data ).? May not be a bad idea to do it at least once

Many of the notices are editable by you. You can also use all the formatting tools - colour, fonts, etc. to make your message stand out amidst the boilerplate that needs to be there to meet

That's because you made the subgroup messages private when you created them.? Once made private to the subgroup, you can no longer make them visible to parent group members.? This is a sticky point

In the subgroup, on the Settings page, in the Privacy panel, change Visibility to "Group listed in parent group, messages viewable by parent group members".? If you don't want further messages
