When the first message is sent, the person receiving will have the email address of the sender.? If the receiver responds, it will go to the original sender, so then they'd both have each others

Peter -- It's a spam mitigation feature, and thus unlikely to ever be configurable. If someone wants to DM you more than twice a day you'll have to share your email address with them. Of course,

After the requisite number of messages, the new member is automatically unmoderated. See this in the Owner Help Manual section about setting up Spam Control and Moderation settings.

This individual is likely breaking state law as well as federal law in doing so. Perhaps your local police can help get a restraining order and perhaps file charges. He has no First Amendment rights
