That is a email address domain, that is good for going to spam. Please check her spam folder.

Alex . . . Contact the developer at Personal groupware about this. He may still have his program available that can take saved group posts from PG offline to upload into Groups.IO groups. I don't know

I assume you mean PG Offline? I've never heard of PG-downloader. There is a utility that's supposed to be able to import a PG Offline download into groups.io.
