Can't upload files #notworking #fileupload
Good morning, A colleague wrote today about being unable to upload a file to our Files section. I had her email the file to me to try myself, but the problem seems to be that selecting New, and Upload

Re: I keep having to approve my own messages. Why?
Kayelle -- As Frances and Duane have both said, go to Admin>Activity. Every post to your group generates an entry in the log. If a post goes into moderation, the log entry will tell you why. Regards,

Re: I keep having to approve my own messages. Why?

Re: I keep having to approve my own messages. Why?
I'm just writing a text response like I am now. But I keep having to go approve it, even though I'm the owner and not on moderation. I've looked at every aspect of the group and can't see any reason

Re: Spammers attempting to join groups
Hi Donald I have to say I have received replies to my pending subscription questions even more vague than that but turned out to be genuinely interested in the group, some people don't like answering

Spammers attempting to join groups
We had a spammer try to join some ham radio groups. He made a very general comment that was so general that we knew his next post would be spam, so I notified the group owners and they took swift

Kayelle, In my moderated group, I need to approve ANY message from ANYONE that has a FILE attachment or PHOTO attachment.? This way, the attachments are screened first and cleared before sending out

Re: Where Is Admin Area?
Lee, If you are not into GIO with the same email that you used when you created the group, you are someone else. That's my first guess. The other is that you are on the web, but just viewing public

Re: Where Is Admin Area?
It should look like this photo. Note the word "Owner" next to the Home link. Is it possible you have more than one account, and that you're logged into a different account than the one you used to

Re: Where Is Admin Area?
Log in with the email address you used to create the group (unless you changed it on the group.). See /g/GroupManagersForum/message/35145 Admin is a dropdown menu. Open it up. Frances
