Not sure where you mean by the management console. You could check in Admin, Activity. Your owner has to have given you that permission, but it is really necessary for moderation. Look in Moderator

MIA submissions

I just tested in the digest from Beta. To click like, you need to click to view / reply online - at least I don't see any other way to click Like. It isn't in the message footer. And clicking to reply
