Win, They aren't. The notice is confusing, and so is the process, a bit. There isn't a specific command to rescind my +subscribe request, so one uses the +unsubscribe feature to do that. It works out

Sun Seeker -- Click on the "Date" link at upper right to invert the sort order.?There is no group setting for this, but once set, it should be "remembered" until you (perhaps inadvertently) change it

David -- It doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me either, but you're correct...a "bad" email address (e.g.: one incapable of receiving messages) can still be confirmed by having a Premium group
