Thanks for all the continued input! I didn't initially like the idea of using tags, because I was ideally hoping for a summary page that is easily reviewed / searched.? But Tags might actually work

Another possibility - make a subgroup. Perhaps the group members could have the main group as Special Notices and the subgroup where the song lists are published with a broader subscription. Frances

Dave -- You can change their subscription to Following Only, in the Advanced Preferences of each subscription record. However, it would subsequently be up to them to select the hashtags, you cannot

Let me clarify.? I have a bunch of users who will rarely login to the GUI, and they don't want to see all the email from the Topics/Messages.? I need a way to configure these users to not get email
