As Shal mentioned, the subdomain addressing is an artifact of subgroups. However, any EMAIL posted to groupname(at)groups(dot)io should still go to the main group. In short, it should still work. Try

lady.dove, The subgroups are the reason for the subdomain format. You can easily change "main" to a name of your choosing. That's right at the top of your group's Settings page. But you can't
