Question about banning members
When a member is banned from a group, is that ban connected to their email address or their personal information? If it's the email address, can't they just create a new email address and join again?

Go back and make sure the settings changes were actually updated. There is a Save button down at the very bottom of the page that must be clicked to make the change. Sometimes this is overlooked. --
