If someone wants to send a message to the group owner and or moderators, how will the group owner and or moderator receive it to their email? I tried doing a test of that, for my group, using the

Rich, pdf files do work. It could be an individual file size issue. Is it a large pdf file? Another thing to try is to refresh your browser cache and try again. -- Gerald

Julie, Set Reply To to "Group" (without sender). It isn't a preview, it is the reply sent directly from the replying member's email service to the sender's. Groups.io is not involved in that
