The closest I've seen (in other software) is where you setup a recurring (for some range) and then you have an easy edit/review of these dates. You then can 'edit/delete instance' for each of those

You can try PGOffline ( http://www.personalgroupware.com/ ). It's supposed to be able to download the members in CSV format. I'm told that?https://data-miner.io/?also can be used.
