This would have to be enabled in the Files control section by choosing "Allow Photos In Files" on the Settings page for the group.? If enabled, there would be no resizing of photos stored here as

Not via the "Upload Photos" method.? The option is available with "Upload Files" and there is nothing stopping you from uploading photos to the files section, so you could get around it that way. ?
