Agreed. I checked the group I moderate and found that it was set to "bounce" so moderators might be advised to check their own groups just to be certain that the setting is what they want it to be.

No, subgroups would be subgroup[at]mygroup.groups.io? The main group becomes main[at]mygroup.groups.io (unless you change main to something else), but can still be accessed via email using

Gavin, It can take a bit for the new DNS entries to propagate into your browser. They are likely cached by your ISP, possibly by your home router, by your computer OS, and perhaps the browser as well.
