Is your group moderated? If so, you will get a copy of each message as it is posted so you can perform your function as moderator, regardless of your Email Delivery settings. To turn that off, open

This capability was taken away after spammers "found" groups.io and things started to get out of hand. Letting spammers use groups.io as a means to get their messages out is a very undesirable
