There are NO "buttons" in the email messages. The buttons are only part of the web page interface. Note that I was referring to "links" in the email message. Here's what the last part of the email

Go to Admin->Settings->Spam Control and tell us which boxes you have clicked. What to do depends on that. Are you sure you have a member pending? It will also show a 1 if you have a message waiting to

I should also mention another option:? Switch to individual messages instead of the digest. Then she won't have to log in at all, just hit the reply button as one would for any other message you
