That literally depends upon the ESP. Some send the report, as soon as the email in the spam folder is deleted. Others, as soon as the message hits the spam folder. And with still others, nothing

Try right-clicking on the image and select "View Image". Then try Ctrl-+ and Ctrl-minus to zoom in and out. Don't bother saving. I am cranking up a Win10 VM to verify.
