If you're willing to allow all members to see each others email addresses, go to Admin > Settings, scroll down to Privacy, and change the Members Visible to Subscribers.? They'll then be able to see

I sometimes see this, sometimes not. I think it might be due to browser caching. Try refreshing the page (F5) after you delete the photo and see if that takes care of it. Bruce
