Re: anyone know if Groups.io messages to aol members tend to go into spam a lot?
J, I don't know if this relates to your problem, but it might. It is unfortunate that those direct messages are included in the bounce processing mechanism - that means you have nowhere to look to see

Re: Should bouncing messages result in deletion of member from group?
This is potentially a new sub-topic of this bouncing members thread. I have three concerns/questions listed below. I have three very small groups that I use as project focus groups for an organization

Thanks for the bouncing tip. Not sure what you mean by 'between aol users.' I'm not an aol user. Only the member is. Nothing in spam... J Sent from my iPhone

J, I'm curious if you've checked your spam folder to see if the replies got stuck there? Probably not, but can't hurt to check. I've also noticed that AOL addresses have been bouncing off and on for

Interesting. I finally sent the member a personal email, asking her to check her spam file. She said that she HAD received all of the messages from the owner address, and had answered and returned the

Re: anyone know if Groups.io messages to aol members tend to go into spam a lot?
I am a moderator on AOL as is the Owner of our group. While we did have a bit of a problem back in May, we haven't encountered any difficulty with the receipt of messages since then. Jean

anyone know if Groups.io messages to aol members tend to go into spam a lot?
I have a group member who has not responded to several messages from the owner address. I noticed today that her email is aol. I recall a problem with those emails awhile back. Is this a known thing?

Re: Editing the subject of a message

Re: Editing the subject of a message
The subject or title is attached to a thread (now called "topic"), rather than an individual message. As a moderator, you can edit a thread (topic), including its title. J

Editing the subject of a message
Can that be done?? Today was the first occasion I wished to fix a mistake I made, which I didn't catch before I approved it, in the subject of a message. I can't do it with Yahoo. I can do it with

Shal, Thanks. I already have a test group that I've been using; I just don't remember how to unconfirm an email address. Do you happen to have that link Mark provided a long time ago to unconfirm? J
