Re: How to set one member to Override: moderated (Save Button missing)

Are you using/have you checked it on an app?
?
Here is the screen on the iOS app:
?

How to set one member to Override: moderated (Save Button missing)

Hello all.? I've read the documentation on how to change a member from "Use Group Moderation Setting" to "Moderated" however, the process is not working as per the docs.
?
Click Admin, then Members.
Find or Search for Member, then Click the Member.
Scroll down to Posting Privileges.
Change Moderation as needed.
Click Save.
?
The problem is that the Save button does not appear:
?
?
I do not want to 'send message' or 'ban' or 'cancel' -- I want to SAVE.? What am I doing wrong?
?
Thanks in advance!

"I wanted to check features available with various groups.io service levels."

Try following:

groups.io/static/pricing

The GMF moderator Bruce thought you meant this screen - /g/GroupManagersForum/message/48592
He has reported THAT to Beta.

There's no option from the /groups page to get directly to the home page of an individual group. I guess you could raise that as a #suggestion on the but as it's only two clicks to get from the groups page to the home page of any group, I'm not sure how much traction that would get.

I am almost positive, it would be the date that the activity was created.

It's the time that the activity took place.? For a pending message, it's the time it was approved (or rejected), etc.

If you were an owner and now aren't, likely you are using the wrong email address.?
?
Send an email to your owner email - [email protected]
to see where it arrives.

If you're logged in, the way I do it is to go to /static/features.? You can also go to /static/pricing or /static/compare for more complete information.? Keep in mind that these links may change as Mark updates the help information.

Re: How get to groups.io home page -- not my groups page

Another workaround is to use a private window in your browser. That still doesn't let you provide a surefire link to it, though.?

If so, you are correct, as best I can tell; you have to be logged out to get there. Even clicking the logo doesn't work.

This seems like a bug to me.

How get to groups.io home page -- not my groups page

I wanted to check features available with various groups.io service levels.

Entering groups.io takes me to /groups -- my groups. Deleting "/groups" takes me back there.

I used another browser -- not logged in -- to get to groups.io -- but is the only way to get there to not be logged in?

Would be nice having link on my groups page to get to groups.io main page.

It only counts members of the main group.? And that number is what shows on the group home page.? It doesn't count Bouncing (blue B), Bounced (red B), or Not Confirmed (NC) members.

I doubt that they count the same email address twice, both as main group and subgroup members. Check your group homepage to see how many members you have. I think that is the figure that counts.?
Here's the pricing page - /static/pricing
Note that there is a minimum of $20 per month.

Question on Pricing - how are members counted?

We're currently on the basic, free account and considering upgrading.??

Re: Upgrading questions

We prefer to keep all the data on our group.? It makes it easily accessible to all our members and it's easier to find what we need.? Also, most of our volunteers are not very techy (me included) and adding in something new for them to learn will be difficult.??
?
Thanks for all the helpful links!?
?
And we'll consider the sponsorship and donation options.??
