I am assuming that you can see the poll in your home screen and you have created a poll. Members must log in to their Groups.io accounts to vote in polls. Members cannot participate in polls by email.

It sounds like you have a domain with an email server that's not accepting emails from Groups.io.? GIO only changes the from address to be "via groups.io" when the expected destination is a known
