Admin > Export is the backup feature. There is no corresponding restore feature. It's possible to delete and reorganize files using the web interface. I recommend you use that instead.

Have you checked the activity log to see if someone deleted them?? Also make sure that you haven't changed your display preference ( /account?page=prefs ) to fewer items per page.

Click on the title of file. What happens next depends on the type of document. If it is a PDF, in my Mac computer, it will open as a new tab in the browser. I can then select all and paste or save as
