Ron, That's not meta-data, that's a link, as one would be written into the code of a web page. The HTML link element: <a href="...">Found</a> Would be displayed as the word "Found" with link style. In

Any groups created in Feb 2020 should have a Files section, even if they're on the Basic plan. Check the group's home page. In the "Group Information" section there should be a "started on" date.
