You may want to disable the "No Email" option. I disabled it to make sure people get at least a summary email. That way i also will notice when somebody's email bounces.

I can't reconstruct this problem, either. It's possible that someone else deleted this text by mistake. Check your Activity log (select "Edited group member notice" from the Actions pull-down menu).

we use member notices for reject notices on our groups and just now found that none of the text is coming up -- the titles are all there but the message itself doesn't appear when I choose the right

That's what happened. I contacted Walt Reitz, and he confirmed that he's in a Vietnam Veterans' group, and those two guys (monroe/mccalip) are moderators. That group just moved away from yahoo.com

You don't have to do this.? I found the template for "Pending Subscriptions" under Settings/Member Notices.? Simply click on the plus sign to add a new notice, then select "Pending Subscription".
