Yes, mine are public but only members can post. If it would solve the problem to make them private, I would immediately do that....assuming that setting isn't a permanent choice made upon set-up.

You can change your moderation status - in Admin, Members, Posting Privileges. However some groups prefer to keep everyone on moderation. Gives you a chance to re-read your own posts before they go

That only happens if they mark a message FROM GIO as spam, not sending a message, and then only with certain email services.? (GIO doesn't do any spam checking on incoming emails.)? I don't believe

That's about all she can do.? Someone that's subscribed to your group is sending/forwarding the messages to her.? Should be the person shown in the footer.? Either that or AOL has serious problems
