That's the way the system works.? It uses the name of the person making the payment and the card number entered.? I don't know of anyone else that's tried to use a 'corporate' card, only personal

Yes, mine are public but only members can post. If it would solve the problem to make them private, I would immediately do that....assuming that setting isn't a permanent choice made upon set-up.

You can change your moderation status - in Admin, Members, Posting Privileges. However some groups prefer to keep everyone on moderation. Gives you a chance to re-read your own posts before they go
