BTW if you have a premium or enterprise group and it is restricted, meaning that you have to approve memberships, then approving someone's membership will automatically confirm them on the assumption

It sounds like you want most replies online to go to the sender and not the group.? If so, you should go to Admin > Settings and scroll down to the Message Policies section.? Under Reply To, set it

If I have this right - and there's guarantee of that - add a #hashtag set to *Reply to Sender *and nothing will be sent to the group. Haven't tested it yet, but that's what I read in the HELP files.,

I am supposing you are the group owner.? If not you cannot view owner messages. If you log into your group, look on the left bars.? You will see a tab for Admin.? This will show you any pending
