Frances noted: person's name in their email address. A note about Display names - Display names can be unique to the group the user belongs to. They do not carry across with the user to other groups.

No because it would not go out to people set to no email, admin only email or digest email. All of those have been disabled in YG. Only the members set to individual emails would get the message. I
