I am a bit out of my depth here, but have you seen the wiki page on using Google or other calendaring with Groups.io calendar?

?I can see the same thing if I go to Admin, Members and my account.? In Activity button, I can see that I approved your message. You can also look in owner messages button. (Shouldn't be there since the message was sent to all members.) If you see something that is odd, you can send a screenshot and the folks here will try to figure it out for you.
