This still doesn't work quite right. According to the help page, any hashtags in the middle should be duplicated at the end of the subject line. Instead they are moved to the end. In the example

Sarah, Interesting. But I don't know of a way to set things up so that podcast postings lacking certain tags would be automatically ignored. Unless you can do it with something like IFTTT.
