Re: How to view requirements
You probably need to use the Pending Member notice, /g/GroupManagersForum/wiki/Screening-New-Members-Using-the-Pending-Subscription-Notice? Be sure you have your subscription set to All Emails under the Owner Email section or they'll never get to you.

Re: Question: removing a member for spam?
Hello Sharon,
?
This can occur by the member marking something as spam, or it can be done by the members email provider.
?
There are two options of what to do.? Either the member has to move all those messages back to their inbox, or contact their email provider and try to have Groups.io whitelisted.
?
I am sure someone here can better explain why this happens than I can.

Oh by option I meant that IO group removed a member for spam . There is rejoin they can use . But Let us determine if soemthing is spam so we can address it to the group . How do you reduce the risk in a group that doesn't even discuss things that are questionable . We should be able to see what was said so we know not to let it happen

I added [email protected]?to the Safe List for Comcast and suddenly I received no emails at all. I couldn't find a 'Safe List'; only a black list, which would doe exactly what you describe. That's why I tried to create a rule that would hack around that. |

I don't like this option I wonder how often this happens?"Option"; which option are you referring to? It happens quite a lot until members find out how to reduce the risk, if not eliminate it. And IMHO moderators need to know that it is happening. Chris |

Two groups transferred into one: how do I undo this?
Hello, |

Second group to move
Eric Johnson
Our "management" is so impressed with the process and with the product that they want to move a group I didn't even know existed.
There are about 20 members and the real issue is the messages. There are only a few files that could be moved manually.? Basic plan? Eric Johnson |

Re: Rejected message due to classification as SpamVirusHigh bulk ratio or High-riskReference ID
I am not a techie so not sure. However I had to do a lot to your email before approving it. It was all formatted and also had the fluttering butterflies. I suggest you change your email formatting when you email groups such as this. Just regular normally works fine!

Re: Comcast issue
¿ªÔÆÌåÓý
As well with Outlook recently, I am getting messages sent to spam.?? This had stopped for a long time, but has begun again.
All of Shal's messages through GMF they have started going to spam.? Of course having been here coming up on 2 years, I know to move those to the inbox before deleting.

How to view requirements
?
Hi,
?
As a group owner can you tell me how I can view the required responses to questions asked by the moderator before I approve a pending member? For instance I ask 3 questions Name, Location and reason for joining.?
From my previous Yahoo Group site responses would be in the email I receive requesting membership.
?
Thank you,
