Hello, If a member sends a message, and I want to let them know why it was not approved, I know you can send a message that does it automatically when you do not approve it, but also how do you do it

"Option"; which option are you referring to? It happens quite a lot until members find out how to reduce the risk, if not eliminate it. And IMHO moderators need to know that it is happening. Chris

Check your subscription = checkboxes there. Notifications Email when there are messages needing approval. Email when there are members needing approval. Email when a member joins/leaves this group.

Sharon -- To be totally clear, it is not an option that you can turn on and off. What happened is that this recipient's email service sent a request to groups.io to stop sending "messages like this."
