Only if she reapplies to join or you send her an invitation; the deletion of an application either deliberately or because it time - expires cannot be reversed. FWIW in my experience it is not unusual

If you "Claim a Subscription Request" the request will not be automatically deleted in 14 days: The "Pending Subscription Message" (sent to someone who applies to join) and the "Subscription Approval

Evidently bouncing messages or deleting images when 1 GB image storage is reached does not actually happen.? 3.2 GB of image storage is way, way over the 1GB limit and the list is not bouncing

There is no way to upload messages into a GIO group or subgroup and get them into the same form as the GIO messages. However, there is software that will convert mbox files to various other formats.

No this is a group created back in 2017 and then closed their YG site Christmas of 2017 after the list transferred. Evidently they have not enabled the option to delete old attachments if they exceed
