You should report this to [email protected].? The URL changes to reflect the 'taken' choice, but it doesn't actually sort them that way.? It also doesn't show the correct choice on the drop down

Cameron, Yes, I strongly recommend this method over ever setting anyone to /Override: not moderated/. On the group's Settings page, in the Spam Control section. There's a checkbox for /Moderated/.
