Re: Do I need a Groups.io a ccount? A subscriber asked....
There is no "account", per se, other than the person's email address. With the likely exception of group owners, I suspect most subscribers in groups.io took no action to "create an account" to get

Re: Mail not being delivered
There will be a series of Received-by: things in the header. See appended text for example. You will need to provide this text for the message that was actually held up, not the one retained on the

Re: Mail not being delivered
I?can see the source code but I won't be able to tell where the hold up was as I cannot decipher what the code means. Ilene

Re: Mail not being delivered
So now you need to check the source code on the message at the group to see where the holdup was.? Compare the times of the various Received headers. Duane -- Help: /static/help

Re: Mail not being delivered
I know that. That is the only thing that I had from the source at the time it was mentioned that I ought to check out the source. That was what I received and the time that I had sent the original

Re: access to subgroup only?
So everyone had to be in the main list & I'd create a subgroup for the Council itself - makes sense. Thanks! Nick Robinson http://www.origami.me.uk https://www.facebook.com/nicksorigami
