Open the Members List (Admin>Members). Find the subscriber and click anywhere on his/her row. You can change the person to a Moderator using the "Role" pull-down menu. Now set the Moderator

Thanks, Shal. It seems we migrated overnight but whether it would have happened without that email I sent, who knows? I did all the migration stuff but I want to make a fellow member also Moderator.

If you have a second group Owner, (s)he should be able to reinstate your privileges. Otherwise you need to send a message to support[at]groups.io. Please report back on how that goes. Regards, Bruce?

Martin, First, make sure you're logged in with the email address used to create the group.? I don't think you can change an owner's role if doing so would result in no owners.?? If you can't
