Emailed support and got a quick reply from Mark:
If the photos are in-line, that is, a part of the message and not just attachments, they are resized to a max of 640x640.
Not sure why that should be the case, but it explains it.

Still waiting for group to transfer

It's been over a month since I invited? [email protected]?into our Yahoo group and made them a moderator. I had created an in-process transfer with all options ticked and the group was approved but nothing has happened since. A few days ago I invited? [email protected]?again and created another transfer request but still nothing has happened. I've doubled checked? /yahootransfer?and I'm sure I've done everything on the checklist, now I'm stumped as to what do next. Mark

I'm a member of CRL and we have talked before. I moved my groups a couple of months ago and have not looked back. Your problem is going to be with the size of the group, so be prepared. My large group was 780, CRL is 10 time that. I had 40 Bouncing members, mostly Yahoo addresses, that didn't show up on Yahoo Groups, you will have ~400. I think you get the idea. I started by posting "Special Delivery" emails to the members so they would be prepared, even doing this left a few who didn't read. Additionally, 40 members left the group and when questioned, they were not active on Yahoo and decided to leave.

Sorry we still haven't gotten you where you need to be. At this point I suggest sending a message directly to [email protected]?with a screenshot of the checkbox in question and a description of what you need it to do. Hi John, First, in Yahoo mail it is called Spam, not Junk and she may be looking for "Junk."
I have a genealogy group for Monmouthshire, Wales and have several members with Yahoo.uk email addresses and have no more complaints than are normal for Yahoo. Many have abandoned them for email addresses that work. Like Verizon/Yahoo Groups, their email is not reliable.

mail has had and continues to have periods where they don't deliver, send emails to spam
&/or bounce the emails. I know that it has been suggested to check
your bouncing list to see if she is on it, yet you didn't say if she is. If she is, she needs to clear
the bounce.
The last thing I'd try is to remove her from
the group and invite her back, if you have a premium group you can add
her back. Her groups.io password should still work.

Thanks Bruce.? I will try this on my own account but I am not sure the rest of them want to get an email for every pending message.? That can get very overwhelming very quickly.? Most of our moderators are responsible for approving pending messages but they come online and approve them when they find them.? Since so many of us approve messages, they don't need to have that function enabled.? I know I unchecked mine because my inbox was overflowing with pending message notices and when I would go online would find one of the others has already approved it.?? export and/or print directory
I searched the messages and thought I had seen something about how to export (to word or excel) the membership list AND how to print it ALL at one time rather than page by page, but I can't find any posts related to the subject.? Can someone send me instructions on how to:
1. export the entire membership of my group to an excel or word document.
2. PRINT the entire membership all at once rather than just a page at a time.

In this case, you want to investigate the receiving party's client.? A rule perhaps, or the mail got stuck in a junk folder for some reason...

I just rolled one of my groups from Yahoo to and it took only a few hours once I worked through the "how" it works. I chose not to transfer a ton of old photos. I recently transferred my group, and kinda felt I came late to the party. ??has been around for several years. ?I think the fact that Y has gone downhill recently to the point where even simple mail is iffy... might increase the traffic.

Check out her membership in the web interface. ?There are tools to discern if the outgoing mail is bouncing "Email Delivery History".
