Hi - we just hit our group limit of 100 members and I had another wishing to join, so I am soliciting donations/sponsorship from my existing base. For the sake of transparency/accountability, I would like them to be able to view the group's reserve. The current reserve is at $5 dollars (my donation) and the group is still in its "free" (non premium) status.? Is there a way to allow members to view the group's current reserve and if yes, how do I as an admin enable this? Thank you in advance!

I've never used the app, so I can't address that directly, but I am a member of a group that is on an Enterprise plan and I know that I have to log into it separately from my general log in to groups.io. That is when I am logged in on my browser I can go to all of my groups except for those on the Enterprise plan. When I try to access them I'm asked to log in to them. I have a different password for those. Perhaps your situation is similar and the app can't deal with multiple passwords.

If that's it, you should lodge a complaint, with details, on .? There may be a reason for it though.? I know that you can't pay for a group using the app because the app stores demand 30% of whatever is received.

Thanks, but I am only a member of three groups so I don't think that's it.? The group not showing up is on the enterprise plan so I think maybe it has something to do with it being on a different URL.

The last time something like this happened to me, it's because there were more than 20 items (in your case, groups) to display. To see the rest, I had to advance to a second page.

One of my groups is not showing in the app. ?It¡¯s the paid version we set up and I¡¯m the group owner. ?When I log in via browser, it shows. ?Anyone run into this?

That says to me that the service hosting your email is unable to complete the DMARC process.? I only found with possible solutions, but it mentions that it may not be DMARC causing it at all.? The error is because the DMARC process has started, but can't complete because of another problem.

Multiple bounces

 

Over the past several months, I have had to unbounce my account...I will unbounce it only to have to repeat it a few days later.? In all cases, the error message is:

Is this due to the corporate email system being "too sensitive" or something with Groups.IO that is not responding quickly enough?

I've often wanted this, but there are many practical difficulties.

You can always set up a rule or filter so the offender's messages are rerouted to the bit-bucket. Detailed instructions for this depend on how you read your mail, but just about any mail client should have this capability.
?
Currently, the same cannot be done when reading messages in the online message archive, and how such a thing could be implemented is far from clear.
?
Within a group environment, such efforts often prove futile, given that someone else might quote (or respond in some fashion) to something the person you're trying to block has said.?
