Laura, I don't know of anyway to put emails in a folder or organize by subject.
All messages are kept on the site in the Messages archive so they remain available. This is a bonus for committee work. There is a search engine as well. The only way to easily organize them is by hashtags. As owner, you can preset some hashtags so that members can't create new ones.?I tend to tidy up and add hashtags after the fact because you can actually find posts through the hashtags. And I merge messages after the "conversation" is over for future reference. Easy to do. You could copy and paste some important posts in the wiki. There are files and databases. I use files for important documents - upload them.? And of course, you can create subgroups to focus discussions a bit. Yahoo had spoiled the owners of groups by offering large amounts of storage, and decent functionality for free. Then the Neo upgrade came along, and it was downhill from there for Yahoo Groups. When I finally came to the conclusion the Yahoo Groups platform was falling apart, and worried I could lose my group altogether, the only thing that was important to me was finding another place I could move my group too. It had to be someplace that offered what I had gotten to need on Yahoo, like archived posts, databases, photo albums, etc., but I didn¡¯t find that to be an easy task. After I found out about Groups.io, and what it offered, I jumped on moving my group almost immediately. I knew I was going to be paying $10.00 a month for what I got for free before, but I realized those days of free are gone, and if I want to save my group from a certain demise I needed to pay. Thinking about the $10.00 per month I was going to be paying out, it hit me I can spend that much money easily going out for coffee in a week, and that surely would never break the bank for me. I thought myself what is more important to me, saving the group or coffee. It was a no brainer for me, the group won out. Members have offered to pay me to offset my personal costs, but I don¡¯t really need the help, and I enjoy my group¡It¡¯s like a hobby. When you have an account, do you put your credit card information inNot in your account. You enter your CC info when you upgrade the target group (to Premium Yearly). Each Groups.io group must be upgraded separately, paying its own fee. See the Upgrade page (in the Admin list for the group) and click on the View/Change Plan button. I see now that the Groups.io "Reply to" links in the message footer do what they're supposed to do. The bug in TB 60.x is a separate issue and it's not really a problem given the other Reply features that are available. I regularly use that trick of highlighting the text that I want included in my reply, but sometimes the text needs major surgery and that's when I start with the whole message in my reply and then pare it down to the bare bones. icons disappearing from left side of screen menu
New group and new owner here. I just figured out how to get into my profile (not group profile) by clicking on the privacy icon on the left side of the screen. I was able to put a picture on and change one of my privacy settings so people can see me in directory. When I tried to send a message to the rest of the group to tell them how to change that privacy setting, the "privacy" icon was gone from my left screen menu! At least one other member had a problem with an icon disappearing...not sure which one but it may have been the same. Please help!

Can I transfer multiple yahoo groups to subgroups of a main group?Yes. Perform a separate transfer for each Yahoo Group, selecting the appropriate Groups.io subgroup as the destination. Your pre-paid upgrade to premium covers all the transfers into the primary group and its subgroups. The one catch is that all members of a Groups.io subgroup must also be a member of the associated primary group. So as you do the transfers into subgroups, any addresses not already in the primary group will be automatically added to both the subgroup and primary group.
