I've had this issue with my business email, unfortunately it's google being google. All my business emails are sent from a fully authenticated (DKIM, SPF and DMARC) professional anti spam service with a great IP reputation, yet in GMail 90% of our emails end up in SPAM. Groups.io mail still going into SPAM folder
We're getting a lot of the members in our mailing list (8.5K+) reporting email is going into their spam folders.? I'm experiencing the same thing and my email is hosting by Google (with my own domain). I believe most people that have this problem are using gmail or a Google-hosted domain (presumably the same infrastructure). Is there anything we can do to alleviate this problem?? Are the DKIM certs up to date? Frank |

Ultimately what we need are individual patch mbox files that we can apply with "git-am", that is, step (7). If groups.io allows us to download the "raw" variant of each email that they display on the WebUI, we could likely jump to step (7) at once. Sorry for the slow responses. I'm working with folks in the UK so the timezone shift with questions is fun. :) Here is the the process my owners are trying to reproduce (how they work with GNU Mailman): (1) download the compressed mailbox file for the month I'm interested in, such as (2) decompress the file: gunzip 2019-February.txt.gz (3) make sure that my INBOX is currently empty (4) use the "mb2md" utility to split the mailbox into individual message files, and place them in my local $HOME/Maildir directory: mb2md -s 2019-February.txt (5) Now my INBOX is filled with the edk2-devel messages & threads from February 2019. I use the normal Thunderbird functionality to delete everything that I don't want. (6) The remaining messages are what I'm interested in. For example, I can save individual patches or series of patches to local *.eml files, with Ctrl+S. (7) Once I have the *.eml files, I can apply them to my local edk2 clone with "git-am". Let me know if you have any questions on that workflow. It is very helpful when trying to retrieve old patches that aren't in your personal archive somewhere. An account is not a subscription. What you can find in your Members list are subscriptions, but those same email addresses may have subscriptions in any number of other groups. Or no groups. Which is how there may be Winlink addresses which are registered (have accounts) but do not appear in your group's Members list. Only the account owner can delete the account. I see from your screenshot that those two addresses are not listed as NC, meaning that they are confirmed, meaning that the holder of that address can receive messages sent to that address (unless you used Direct Add to put them there, or unless you manually confirmed the address, both of which are Premium features). Being able to receive messages at that address is a good thing: it means that the member can use the Email me a link to log in button to log in for one last time to delete the account, even if he/she never set a password for the account. By the way, I also see that they have the P badge, meaning that their subscription Posting Privilege is set to Override: not moderated. I generally recommend against using that setting for most members. If it is your intent to have most members in your group un-moderated it is better to choose the Default Group policy privilege for most members and uncheck Moderated in the Spam Control section of your group's Settings page. That way you can quench a flame war or other disturbance in the group at need by simply checking the Moderated box, and then unchecking it again after things quiet down. Since you are forced to choose at least one in the Spam Control section, check New Users Moderated instead. Steve, are you asking whether you can just let members type in a reply? No, you can't. You must give them options to choose.
However you can let them select more than one. I just created a poll earlier today. I found the last time that people replied to the poll email and therefore the poll didn't calculate how many answers for each.? So I wrote these instructions in the description / question spot along with the question - finding a date for an annual event: Please tick off all choices that make work for you. But please DON'T click on reply in your email program. If you do that, we can't really make use of the polling feature.?

Same answer as before. The affected people already logged into Groups.io using their Winlink address, or they used the +subscribe email address From their Winlink address to create a membership in your group (or some other group). Either of those actions creates a Groups.io account with that as its primary address (meaning it logs in using that address). Either way, the Groups.io account which logs in using that Winlink address must be deleted before the address is free to be used as an Alias for another account.
