I don't think the ISO format will do that consistently from year to year with the current default.

Pages are public spaces so people can access them whether they have liked the Page or not. However, you can place certain age and geographical restrictions on your Page.

If you want to make your Page completely private, I'd suggest you create a group instead. Pages allow real organizations, businesses, celebrities and brands to communicate broadly with people who like them. Groups provide a space for people to communicate about shared interests and allows for more Privacy options.

Before requesting this as an option on Beta, I thought I would bring it up on GMF first.? Perhaps it has been discussed here or on Beta before and I just didn't find it.? I find the Alphabetical default setting for photos less than optimal for our group use.? We are a small group, but one of our primary uses is for sharing "show & tell " photos each week.? I create an album for each month, into which the photos are posted weekly.? Ideally, I would like the option to make the default group settings to sort the photo albums (and photos within each album) by date.?

I might be successful in teaching my members how to change the setting once, but most of them are unlikely to remember how to do it or be willing to do it each time.? We are, in general, not a tech savvy nor tech comfortable group of older ladies.? (I'm not implying that this applies to all "old ladies", but it is accurate for my particular group.)? When I post a message telling them that new photos have been added, I include a link that will take them to the proper album.

Currently, my "work around" for keeping the most recent albums at the beginning of our Photos pages, is to name my albums with a leading zero, such as "0-August 2018". This puts them before any of the "alphabetic" only albums.? But this is not ideal.? I would much prefer to be able to choose a default for the group that will sort them chronologically by the date posted.? In other words, I would like to be able to choose among the options available within each album, and have them apply to the group.? This would give each group owner the ability to choose a default that would be most suitable for their use.
